• Minimum deposit is ৳200 (bKash & Nagad). For bank transfers, the minimum is ৳1,000.
• Deposited funds are credited to your wallet instantly; however, CasinoRoyal is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits cannot be reversed — once funds are added to your wallet, bonus terms apply.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Daily maximum limits vary depending on your account tier.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could result in processing delays.

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions at CasinoRoyal are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant bonus terms carefully before claiming any offer.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once. One welcome bonus per account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a set period (typically 30 days). Any unused bonus funds remaining after this period will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

• Referral bonuses apply to genuine referrals only — artificially generated referrals will be void.

6Gaming Rules

Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed after an event has started will not be accepted (except for Live Betting).
• If an event is abandoned or suspended, the bet will be voided and your stake will be returned.

• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Closure & Suspension

• Any instance of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. Your remaining wallet balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, but any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability
